Enrollment Policies
Hope Springs Christian School maintains a rolling admissions policy, subject to available capacity. The school is committed to providing an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Accordingly, it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability in its admissions decisions or in the administration of its educational programs, activities, services, or employment opportunities.
Admissions Process

Review our Prospectus Packet (PDF) to see if you think Hope Springs would be a good fit for your student and family.

Email the Head of School, Dr. Wendy Cooper-Love, (w.cooper@hopespringsschool.org) to schedule a tour of the school and to discuss your student’s needs.

Have a WISC-V IQ test completed by a licensed psychologist for your child if you decide to move forward after your tour and meeting with the Head of School.

Submit an application and $50 application fee, a current copy (not over 2 years old) of prior psychological testing, copies of all prior school records, and a referral from a psychologist or doctor, if available.

We will schedule NILD testing for your child which requires a $400 testing fee before testing is scheduled. Test scores are available within a week after testing.

The Head of School will email you with testing results and the school's decision regarding offering admission.
Once you receive a notice of test scores and acceptance, you will need to submit admissions forms and fees including:

Signed Doctrinal Statement and Contract

Signed Annual Fees and Tuition Proposal

Submit your $100.00 Enrollment Fee to hold your student's placement
Before beginning school, we will need a copy of the student’s:

Birth Certificate

Vision/Hearing/Dental/Health (Form 3300)
